With over 35 years of experience, Totin Builders is no stranger to the building industry.  We have established ourselves as one of the leading installers in the Midwest for roofs on upscale residences, churches, universities and commercial buildings.

Through Totin Builders' continued experience in the roofing industry, we have also developed our own line of heavy duty snow guards. In 1999 we were awarded a United States patent for our distinguished design (Patent # 5,943,826). These snow guards have been sold all over the United States and as far away as South America and parts of Europe.
